8. E-commerce & Fulfilment

Where we sell digital services or goods, we process order and delivery information to fulfil the contract. Providing billing and payment data is a contractual requirement to complete your order. If you do not provide this information, we cannot process your transaction. We may share limited data with payment processors, fraud-prevention providers, and delivery couriers as needed to complete your order.

9. Online Meetings & Bookings

When you book or attend online meetings, the scheduling service and video platform may process your contact details, meeting metadata and content you choose to share. We do not record meetings unless explicitly agreed.

• Client/project records: project lifecycle + up to 6 years for legal/tax purposes;

• Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent;

• Contractor/financial records: as required by law.

We securely delete or anonymise data when no longer needed.

Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict your data, object to certain processing, and request data portability. No automated decisions: We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
